The IAE Annual Meeting is by invitation, and built for connection as much as for science. Registration includes every session, daily meals, and both receptions — here is what it costs and how to secure your place.
Attendance is by invitation. If an IAE Member has invited you, you are set. If not, request an invitation — the IAE admin team will review your request and send an invitation.
Complete registration and payment online. Choose your category — Guest, Educator / Military, or Endodontic Resident — and register before the February 5 deadline to avoid the late fee.
Once registered, book your discounted room at the Westin Irving through the IAE Portal. Lodging is not included in registration.
Registration includes all sessions, lunch, and a reservation at the evening reception. Invited guests register through the IAE portal. If you do not know an IAE Member, please request an invitation to attend. Spots are limited, so register early.
Registration fees are shown per category; a $100 late fee applies after February 5, 2027. Dress code: business attire for the scientific program; smart casual for the President's Reception.
