It is the yearly gathering of the International Academy of Endodontics — a worldwide study club of clinicians, educators, and researchers. The 2027 meeting runs March 4–6 at the Westin Irving Convention Center in Irving, Texas, with two days of scientific sessions and a members’ day.

Attendance is by invitation. Members attend all three days; invited guests join the two days of scientific sessions on Friday and Saturday. The meeting is closed to commercial vendors, which keeps the focus on the science — and on the connections between the people in the room.

If you know an IAE Member, they can invite you. If you don’t, you can request an invitation, and the IAE admin team will review your request and send an invitation.

Yes. Spouses and guests are warmly welcomed at the social events, and the Westin is a family-friendly resort. A ticket is required for anyone not registered for the meeting who wishes to attend the receptions.

All scientific sessions across the two program days, daily breakfast and lunch, the Welcome Reception and the President’s Reception, and an ADA CERP CE certificate for up to 15 credit hours.

Guest $1,700, Educator / Military $800, and Endodontic Resident $1,000 when you register by February 5. A $100 late fee applies to each category after that date.

Yes. The IAE is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider, and attending earns up to 15 continuing education credit hours. Our education is non-commercial — lectures are chosen on merit, with no corporate sponsorship.

The Westin Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas, in Irving, Texas — between Dallas and Fort Worth. Sessions, meals, and the President’s Reception are all under one roof.

Dallas–Fort Worth International (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL) are both a short drive away, with service on most major carriers.

Lodging is not included in registration. A discounted IAE room block is available — once you have registered, book your room through the IAE Portal to secure the group rate.
