“Principles to Manage and Retrieve Fractured Implant Abutment Screws”

This presentation will clarify the clinical dilemma of retrieving fractured components from otherwise stable and functional implants. The mechanical algorithm discussed will clearly allow the clinician to effectively evaluate the difficulty of a case to avoid common clinical errors which can rapidly escalate into a difficult iatrogenic problem, or worse, create a non-useable implant.
