There is a growing trend in endodontics toward conservative approaches to care. Implementation of these new models is influenced by both cognitive biases and technical challenges. This presentation will focus on minimally invasive approaches to endodontic care.

1. To identify specific cognitive biases that influence perception and clinical decision-making.
2. To understand the definition of minimally invasive endodontics and the lexicon of this new model.
3. Approach strategies for minimally invasive care for specific case presentations.
