About the Presenter:
Dr Mark Anthony Limosani received his D.M.D. degree from the University of Montreal in 2007. Since then, he completed a one-year multi-disciplinary residency at the Queen Elizabeth Oral Health Center, a McGill University affiliated program. Following one year of private practice and many hours of continuing education, he then followed his dream and attended the specialty program in Endodontics at Nova Southeastern University where he also received his Master's Degree in Dental Science. He won the “Robert A. Uchin Endodontic Award” for his presentation during Nova’s Endodontic Alumni Day. Following his specialty program, he became an associate at Endodontics Limited in Kendall, under Dr. Jose Francisco Barros for three years.
During this period he also practiced part-time in Quebec City as an associate under Dr Marie Gosselin. Dr Limosani is both a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and a diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. He is currently president of the South Florida District Dental Association.
Dr. Limosani has lectured locally and internationally on many topics in endodontics including dental traumatology, the restoration of endodontically treated teeth, restoratively minded endodontics, diagnosis and treatment planning, and cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) use in endodontics.
He is a past president of the South Broward Dental Society as well as the South Florida District Dental Association. He currently serves as a Trustee to the Florida Dental Association.” “His passions aside from endodontics include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, live theater, and wellness. His detail-oriented approach aims at providing high-quality care while maintaining a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere for his patients endodontics includes Crossfit, live theater, and running.
